Amplify is a non-profit organization that uses the power of music and community to raise funds for local worthy causes. Their main event is a music festival held over 3 days that benefits the local metro Atlanta community. The festival has grown to be held in multiple venues around the square in Decatur, Ga including an open-air stage on the square itself.
We developed a diverse identity system, poster art, website, digital and traditional advertising, and environmental graphics. The identity system speaks to the nature of the work the organization does - amplifying the work non-profit organizations are doing. It also speaks to the nature of the music events the organization puts on. The poster art is a reflection of the musical talents being promoted and is the foundation of the design for the website, advertising campaign, and environmental graphics which change year to year.
The impact of the festival has been tremendous. Attendance numbers have grown year over year. The number of performances and venues has grown year over year. Most importantly since its inception in 2011, the Amplify organization has directed more than $575,000 to community-based nonprofits.
