I love design & illustration
Hazzard County is the art & design work of me, Ben Barnes. My background is in Graphic Design and Creative Direction with 15+ years of agency and in-house experience in conceptual art direction, branding, advertising, web design, and social media. Prior to that, I received a BFA in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
It just so happens that my favorite childhood show, Dukes of Hazzard, was filmed where I currently live. The fact that I get to help the fictional county of Hazzard live on fulfills a childhood dream and puts a smile on my face that’s hard to contain. What a special thing it is to do what I love for a living and support my family as a creative. I thank God for allowing me to continue to practice my craft and share it with the world.
